LC Leccys ("we", "us") is an independent e-bike conversion workshop based in Leicestershire, UK. Contact us at hello@leicestershireleccys.co.uk.

Kits, batteries, motors, controllers and displays are sold as component parts. Product photos are representative — final packaging and cable colours can vary. Compatibility depends on your bike frame, fork spacing and dropout width; if you're unsure, message us before ordering.

To ride on UK public roads, an electric cycle must be rated 250W continuous, cut power at 15.5 mph and require pedalling (an EAPC). Kits above these limits are sold for private-land and off-road use only. Buyers are responsible for ensuring their build is legal for the environment in which they ride it.

All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay). Discount codes are validated at checkout.

Orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse on working weekdays. Delivery times are provided by our courier and are estimates — we can't guarantee next-day delivery. If a product is on back-order we'll email you the expected dispatch date within 24 hours.

When you book a repair, conversion or custom build you enter a separate service agreement. A deposit may be required to secure a slot. Bikes not collected within 30 days of completion may incur storage fees. We do our best to complete work within quoted timeframes but rely on parts availability.

We take no responsibility for damage or injury resulting from modifications made without our involvement. Products and services are covered by the warranty terms on our Warranty page.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
