Returns & Refunds

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you can cancel any online order within 14 days of receiving it and return the item(s) for a full refund. To be eligible for a full refund products must be unused, in the original packaging and in resellable condition.

• Batteries that have been fitted or charged — for safety and hygiene reasons, in line with lithium battery handling regulations.
• Kits that have been installed, oiled or opened up beyond checking the contents.
• Custom or made-to-order builds specified to your bike.
• Workshop labour once the work has started.

1. Email hello@leicestershireleccys.co.uk with your order number within 14 days of delivery.
2. We'll reply with a returns address. Please repack items securely; original box preferred.
3. You cover the return postage unless the item is faulty. We recommend a tracked service.
4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we refund to the original payment method within 5 working days.

If your order arrives damaged or a fault develops during the warranty period, don't return the item first — email us so we can diagnose remotely and, if needed, arrange a pre-paid return label.

The above is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
