Delivery Policy

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

1. UK stock items

  • Dispatched within 1–2 working days of your order, then delivered in 2–5 working days.
  • Standard delivery £4.99 (free on orders of £50 or more), or Express £6.99.

2. Pre-order items (shipped from our supplier's warehouse)

Some products are shipped to you directly from our supplier in China. These are marked Pre-order on the product page, along with the estimated delivery window. Estimated times run from the date of your order:

  • Coloured rim kits (red, purple, sky blue, deep blue, gold), 19" moto rim kits and their complete kits: 5–7 weeks. Delivery £49.99. Black rim kits and standard kits are UK stock.
  • Suspension forks: 6–8 weeks. Delivery £49.99.
  • Parts and accessories (displays, controllers, chargers, lights, brakes, graphics, number plates, plastics and similar): 2–7 weeks. Delivery £6.99.
  • Electric motorbikes (Sur-Ron Light Bee X, Light Bee 2, Ultra Bee): 40–60 days. Delivery included in the price.

We pay all UK import duty and VAT on pre-order items, so there is nothing extra to pay when they arrive.

3. Free delivery over £400

Orders of £400 or more get free UK delivery, applied automatically at checkout. This includes pre-order delivery charges.

4. Mixed orders

If your order contains UK stock and pre-order items, the UK stock is sent straight away and the pre-order items follow separately. You only pay the delivery charges shown at checkout.

5. Tracking

We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking for pre-order items can take a few days to update after leaving the supplier's warehouse.

6. Late deliveries

Delivery windows are our best estimate. If we cannot deliver within the window shown when you ordered, we will contact you, and you can choose to wait or cancel for a full refund. See our Returns, Cancellations & Refunds policy for your other rights.

7. Damaged or missing parcels

Please check your parcel on arrival and tell us about any damage within 48 hours if you can, with photos. Goods are at our risk until they are delivered to you or someone you nominate.
